What happens when I reach the free plan limits?
When you reach your 3 objectives or 10 key results limit, you can upgrade to the Team plan anytime to unlock unlimited objectives and key results. Your existing data will be preserved.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes! You can upgrade from Personal to Team at any time. If you're on Team and want to downgrade, you can do so at the end of your billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount when you choose annual billing. You'll save $18 per user per year compared to monthly billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. For Indonesian customers, we also support bank transfer for annual plans.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Team plan subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
